Career outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, employer decisions, and client performance.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Participate actively in coaching sessions
Implement recommendations at their own discretion
Exec Interview Edge is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by clients.
We rely on you to bring an understanding of the requirements for the job you are applying for including the key accomplishments and credentials that are important for your prospective employer to take away from your interviews.
For cases where Exec Interview Edge will create interview stories for you, we rely on you to provide clear and relevant accomplishments and supporting details. The better the inputs you provide us, the better the outputs we can create.
Payments
All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Exec Interview Edge does not store full credit card information.
Prices for services are listed on the website or checkout pages and may change at any time for future purchases.
Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Section.
Clients who purchase mock interviews or offer negotiation strategy sessions may be eligible for a full refund only if both of the following conditions are satisfied:
The client is dissatisfied with the service provided during the first coaching session; and
The client provides notice to Exec Interview Edge via email to Info@ExecInterviewEdge.com within 24 hours of completion of that first coaching session.
If both conditions are not met, no refund will be issued. Services without a 1:1 coaching component are non-refundable. Except as stated above, all purchases are final.
Scheduling and Rescheduling
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. If you need to reschedule, reasonable advance notice is requested. Missed sessions without notice may be considered completed.
If a client purchases more than one 1:1 coaching session as part of a package, such as three mock interviews, all sessions must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of purchase. Any sessions not completed within 60 days of purchase will be forfeited and will be considered completed for purposes of the package.
Intellectual Property
Except for customized interview preparation materials or offer negotiation deliverables created specifically for a client (such as interview story scripts or messaging developed for the client’s personal job search), all materials provided by Exec Interview Edge — including frameworks, documents, worksheets, templates, and other resources — remain the intellectual property of Exec Interview Edge.
These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be:
redistributed
resold
reproduced or copied for commercial use
used to create competing coaching or training services
Customized materials prepared for a client’s interview preparation may be used by the client for their personal job search.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exec Interview Edge shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential damages
lost income or employment opportunities
decisions made by employers or recruiters
Clients remain solely responsible for their own career, interviewing, and negotiation decisions and for how they use any guidance or recommendations provided by Exec Interview Edge.
Our total liability related to any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service.
Website Use
You agree not to:
use the website for unlawful purposes
attempt to disrupt or interfere with website operation
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Third Party Services
Our website or services may include links to third-party platforms or tools (such as scheduling software or payment processors). Exec Interview Edge is not responsible for the practices or policies of those third parties.

Governing Law
